Upon consideration of the Debtors’ Second Motion for Entry of an Order Extending the Period Within Which the Debtors’ May Remove Actions Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1452 and Federal Rule of Bankruptcy Procedure 9027 (the “Motion”), and the Court finding good cause for the relief requested thereby, it is hereby

ORDERED that the Motion is granted; and it is further

ORDERED that the time periods provided by Bankruptcy Rule 9027 for the removal of related proceedings are enlarged and extended to and including September 13, 2004; and it is further

ORDERED that this Order shall be without prejudice to the Debtors’ right to seek further extensions of time within which to remove related proceedings.

Counsel for the Debtors shall immediately serve a copy of this order on all parties on the Official Service List, the 2002 Service List, and any other parties in interest and file a certificate of service with the Clerk of the Bankruptcy Court within ten (10) days hereof.
