ORDER APPROVING FINAL APPLICATION OF BRYAN CAVE LLP FOR INTERIM ALLOWANCE OF COMPENSATION AND REIMBURSEMENT OF EXPENSES

The Court having considered the Final Application (the “Application”) of Bryan Cave LLP (the “Applicant”) For Interim Allowance of Compensation and Reimbursement of Expenses, no timely objection having been filed thereto, and good cause appearing:

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Application is Granted, and Applicant is awarded the sum of $275,183.40, consisting of foes in the amount of $259,733.75 and reimbursement of expenses in the amount of $15,449.65 for the period November 1, 2001, through March 31, 2002.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Applicant is awarded those amounts previously allowed by this Court on an interim basis, as compensation for professional services rendered to the Debtor during these proceedings in the total amount of $691,2O7.14 and reimbursement of expenses incurred in connection with those services of $36,924.89.
