Counsel for the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors, HAYNES AND BOONE, LLP, seeking allowance and payment of fees and reimbursement of expenses, in the above-referenced bankruptcy proceeding, the matter having been set for hearing before this Court, it appearing that notice of the Application has been properly given to all interest parties and good cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Haynes and Boone, LLP, is awarded the sum of THREE HUNDRED TWO THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED SIXTY SIX DOLLARS AND NO CENTS ($302,666.00) for fees for the professional services rendered from January 4, 2001 through October 31, 2001, as well as expenses in the amount of FIFTEEN THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED FIFTY ONE DOLLARS AND FIFTY EIGHT CENTS ($15,251.58) for reimbursement of costs for a total award of THREE HUNDRED SEVENTEEN THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED SEVENTEEN AND 58/100 DOLLARS ($317,917.58.)

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that notice of the entry of this order shall be deemed to satisfy the requirements of Rule 2002(a) and 2002(f)(2) and that no further notice of entry of this order is required.
