Claimant Liberty Electric Power, LLC and Debtors National Energy Gas Transmission, Inc. and the Plan Administrator for NEGT Energy Trading — Power, LLP, having stipulated to a thirty day extension of the briefing schedule set at the status conference held on November 7, 2007 [Docket No. 72], it is by the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Maryland:

ORDERED that:

1. The parties’ time to file opening briefs regarding the issues surrounding the potential distributions of the undisputed $5,428,046 “invoice” claim shall be extended from January 15, 2008 to and including February 15, 2008.

2. The parties’ time to file reply briefs shall be extended from February 15, 2008 to and including March 14, 2008.
