ORDER

This cause coming to be heard upon the Agreed Motion for Relief of Automatic slay Filed by Petitioner, Tonya Hetrick (“Petitioner”), Administratrix of the Estate of William J, Hetrick, proper notice having been provided and the Court being fully advised in the premises.

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT, the automatic stay in the captioned Bankruptcy Case is hereby modified only to the extent necessary to allow Petitioner, Tonya Hetrick, Administratrix of the Estate of William J. Hetrick, to reduce Petitioner’s claims pending in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, Eastern Division, against Debtor, National Steel, in case number 01 CV 0424 and pending in the Common Pleas Court, Ottawa County, Ohio, in case number 02 CVC 287 to judgment or otherwise liquidate same. It is further ordered that this Court shall retain jurisdiction following any judgment entered against the Debtor and determine the amount of any judgment that may be executed upon by the Petitioner by submission under Debtor’s insurance policies.
