This cause coming to be heard on NSC Creditor Trust’s Twenty Fourth Omnibus Objection to Claims Pursuant to 11 U.S.C. §§ 105(a) and 502(b) and Fed.R.Bankr.P. 3007 (Personal Injury Claims), dated August 19, 2004 (the “Objection”); due notice of the Objection having been provided; and the Court being fully advised in the premises; it is hereby:
ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED THAT upon agreement of the parties, claim number 3502 of Tonya Hetrick is disallowed in its entirety.
