This cause coming to be heard on the NSC Creditor Trust’s and NKK Litigation Trust’s Twenty-Seventh Omnibus Objection to Claims Pursuant to 11 U.S.C. §§ 105(A) and 502(B) and Fed.R.Bankr.P. 3007, filed August 20, 2004 (the “Objection”); due notice of the Objection having been provided; the parties having agreed; and the Court being fully advised in the premises; it is hereby:
ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED THAT claim number 4920 filed by Charter Township of Canton is disallowed and expunged in its entirety pursuant to the terms of the Settlement Agreement and Mutual Release executed by the parties.
FURTHER ORDERED THAT this order is a final order and is effective immediately.
