This matter coming to be heard on NSC Creditor Trust’s Twenty-Eighth Omnibus Objection to Claims Pursuant to 11 U.S.C. §§ 105(a) and 502(b) and Fed.R.Bankr.P. 3007, dated January 6, 2005 (the “Objection”); due notice of the Objection having been provided; and the Court being fully advised in the premises; it is hereby:
ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED THAT the Objection to claim number 5507 of Frank Mastie, D.O.D. 02/01/04 is continued for status to June 14, 2005 at 9:30 a.m., without need for further notice to the parties.
