ORDER FINDING LIEN NULL AND VOID

This cause coming to be heard on the Trustee’s Motion For Entry Of An Order (A) Finding Lien Void, (B) Finding Creditor In Contempt And For Willful Violation Of Automatic Stay, And (C) Awarding Trustee Damages (the “Motion”); notice of the Motion having been given; the Court having heard any arguments of counsel; and the Court being otherwise fully advised in the premises; IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
A. The lien recorded by the Illinois Department Of Employment Security against property of this estate shall be null and void.
B. This Order is without prejudice to Trustee’s right to seek damages, including attorneys’ fees, pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 362(h).
C. This matter is a core proceeding, and this Order is a final order.
