ORDER FOR JOINT ADMINISTRATION OF CASES
KEITH M. LUNDIN, Bankruptcy Judge

Upon the Debtors’ Motion for Order Directing Joint Administration of Cases, the Court, after reviewing the Motion, is of the opinion that the request for relief should he granted.

THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED THAT:

1. The cases of Pen Holdings, Inc., Pen Coal Corporation, The Elk Horn Coal Corporation, River Marine Terminals, Inc., Pen Land Company, and Marine Terminals Incorporated shall be administered jointly;

2. One consolidated docket shall be maintained for all cases;

3. All pleadings shall bear only the Pen Holdings. Inc. case name and number, but shall indicate that the cases are jointly administered; However, the Notice or Meeting of Creditors pursuant to § 341 shall contain the case name for each case;

4. The Court will maintain one file for all pleadings for all cases; and

5. The Court will maintain separate proof of claims files for each case.

6. One monthly operating report may be filed for all of the Debtors. However, at/cost summary receipt and disbursement information as to each Debtor shall be provided in the monthly operating report.
