ORDER DENYING DEBTORS’ MOTION TO ALTER OR AMEND AND DENYING REQUEST OF TRANSAMERICA FINANCIAL SERVICE CORPORATION TO FIND DEBTOR IN CONTEMPT AND FOR SANCTIONS
KEITH M. LUNDIN, United States Bankruptcy Judge
This matter came before the Court on the 4th day of June, 2002, upon the Debtors’ Motion to Alter or Amend the Court’s Order of April 30, 2002 (the “Motion”) and the response of Transamerica Equipment Financial Services Corporation (“Transamerica”) in opposition to the Motion with a request to find the Debtors in contempt and for sanctions. For the reasons stated orally and in open court pursuant to F.R.Bankr.P. 7052, the Court is of the opinion that the requests of both the Debtors and Transamerica should be denied and
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the Debtors’ Motion to Alter or Amend is hereby denied.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Transamerica’s request to hold the Debtors in contempt and for fees, costs, and sanctions is also denied.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
