This cause came on to be heard upon the Motion for Allowance and Payment of Administrative Expense Claim filed by Banc One Leasing Corporation (“Banc One”), and the objection thereto filed by the Debtor, and it appearing to the Court, as evidenced by the signatures of counsel hereto, that the parties have resolved this matter, it is hereby
ORDERED, that Banc One shall be allowed an administrative expense claim in the amount of $125,000.00 in full satisfaction of all administrative expense claims. The Debtor is authorized and directed to make such payment immediately.
