ORDER GRANTING MOTION TO REJECT NONRESIDENTIAL REAL PROPERTY LEASE

This matter is before the Court upon the Debtors’ Motion For Order Authorizing Rejection of a Nonresidential Real Property Lease Pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 365(a), F.R.Bankr.P. 6006 and L.B.R. 9013-1 and Notice Thereof filed on December 31, 2002 (the “Motion”). It appears to the Court from signature of counsel below that notice was given in accordance with the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure and local rules; there were no objections to the Motion and no further notice is required;

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the Debtors’ rejection effective as of January 31, 2003 of the nonresidential real property lease as described in the Motion is approved without objection.
