Upon consideration of Akin Gump Strauss Hauer Feld, LLP’s (“Akin Gump”) Third Interim Application for Allowance of Compensation and Reimbursement of Expenses from October 1, 2002 to December 31, 2002 by Akin Gump Strauss Hauer Feld, LLP, Counsel for the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors (the “Third Application”) and it appearing that the Court has jurisdiction; and it being apparent that appropriate notice of the Third Application having been given to the office of the United States Trustee and other parties pursuant to this Court’s prior orders with respect to notice and motion procedures; and sufficient cause appearing, therefore, it is:

ORDERED that the Akin Gump’s interim compensation be allowed in the amount of $16,797.18.
