ORDER GRANTING APPLICATION OF PHOENIX RESTAURANT GROUP, INC. FOR AN ORDER TRANSFERRING VENUE OF PROCEEDING PURSUANT TO 28 U.S.C. § 1412 AND FEDERAL RULE OF BANKRUPTCY PROCEDURE RULE 1014

THIS CASE came on for consideration on Phoenix Restaurant Group, Inc.’s (“PRG”). application for an order transferring venue of proceeding, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1412 and Federal Rule of Bankruptcy Procedure 1014 (the “Application”). Upon consideration of the Application and noting consent to the Application by the petitioning creditors and the United States Trustee, it is

ORDERED;

1. The Application is granted,

2. Venue of this involuntary chapter 7 proceeding shall be transferred from the Middle District of Florida to the Middle District of Tennessee (“Tennessee Court”)

3. The Clerk of the Court is hereby directed to immediately transfer the file to the Tennessee Court, and the Clerk need not await the expiration of any appeal period before transferring the file.
