ORDER ALLOWING WALLER LANSDEN DORTCH DAVIS, PLLC TO WITHDRAW AS COUNSEL FOR GE CAPITAL BUSINESS ASSET FUNDING CORPORATION

This matter is before the Court on a Motion filed by Waller Lansden Dortch Davis, PLLC, and the undersigned attorneys, on their own behalf and on behalf of all other attorneys at Waller Lansden Dortch Davis, PLLC (collectively, “WLDD”), seeking to withdraw as counsel to GE Capital Business Asset Funding Corporation and (“GEBAFC”), a creditor and party-in-interest in the above-styled case. Upon consideration of the pleading, the Court finds that WLDD’s Motion is well taken and should be GRANTED.

Accordingly, no further notice or hearing being required, the Court hereby ORDERS, ADJUDGES, and DECREES that WLDD is hereby allowed to withdraw as counsel for GEBAFC in the above-styled case and that the Clerk of the Court shall delete WLDD and all of its attorneys from the notice list as counsel for GEBAFC in the above-styled case.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
