Upon the Joint Motion of Movants and Debtor (“Movants”) to continue the preliminary hearing in this contested matter to a date convenient to the Court on or after October 3, 2002 and all related deadlines; the Movants having agreed, as signified by the signatures of counsel below, that a continuance is necessary and appropriate; and the Court and being otherwise sufficiently advised,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the preliminary hearing in this matter is continued until Oct. 22, 2002 at 8:30 a.m., in Courtroom 1, Customs House, 701 Broadway, Nashville, Tennessee.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that all time periods and deadlines set out in the Notice of Hearing and Pretrial Order, including the deadline for the Debtor to respond, shall apply and be calculated from the new preliminary hearing date set in this Agreed Order.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the stay shall remain in effect until this Court orders otherwise,
