Upon the Debtor’s oral motion in open court to continue the preliminary hearing in this contested matter to a date convenient to the Court on or after November 19, 2002 and all related deadlines; the Court agreeing that, based on the statements of counsel, a continuance is necessary and appropriate; and the Court and being otherwise sufficiently advised,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the preliminary hearing in this matter is continued until November 19, 2002 at 9:00 a.m. in Courtroom 1, Customs House, 701 Broadway, Nashville, Tennessee.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that all time periods and deadlines set out in the Notice of Hearing and Pretrial Order, including the deadline for the Debtor to respond, shall apply and be calculated tram the new preliminary hearing date set in this Order.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the stay shall remain in effect until this Court orders otherwise.
