ORDER TO DECONSOLIDATE

COMES on this 2nd day of November, 2005, for hearing the Motion To Deconsolidate filed herein by Separate Debtor Arthur T. Shipley; and from a consideration of the Separate Debtor’s Motion and other matters and things before the Court, the Court doth find as follows:
1. The Debtors, Arthur Shipley and Vickie Shipley, filed a joint Petition and Schedules pursuant to Chapter 13 herein on September 30, 2004.
2. That Debtors’ Chapter 13 Plan was confirmed by this Court.
3. That Separate Debtor Arthur T. Shipley filed a Motion To Deconsolidate his case on October 5, 2005. No objections have been filed to the Motion and the time to object has passed.
4. That this cause should be deconsolidated and two separate cases made by the Clerk.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the Motion To Deconsolidate is granted and the Clerk is hereby ordered to open a separate case for Debtor Arthur T. Shipley.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
