Pursuant to and in accordance with the Order Granting Plaintiffs’ Motion For Summary Judgment entered by the Honorable Michael E. Romero, United States Bankruptcy Judge, on February 4, 2005.
IT IS ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Defendants, Paul Craig Smith and Christine Kay Smith are indebted to Louis Nolan and Shawna Nolan in the amount of $11,100; to Christopher Z. James and Donna E. James in the amount of $1,400; and to Louis Nolan, Shawna Nolan, Christopher Z. James and Donna E. James in the amount of $32,573.79. The debt represented by such judgments is nondischargeable pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(6).
