ORDER FIXING BAR DATE FOR FILING CHAPTER 11 PROFESSIONAL FEE APPLICATIONS AND REQUESTS FOR PAYMENT OF CHAPTER 11 ADMINISTRATIVE EXPENSES

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that April 30, 2007 has been fixed as the bar date (the “Bar Date”) by which chapter 11 professional fee applications and requests for payment of chapter 11 administrative expenses for STM Industries, Inc. (the “Debtor”), must be submitted. All such fee applications and requests for payment must be submitted in writing so that they are received
not later than 4:00 p.m. on April 30, 2007, by:

All fee applications filed with this Court shall comply with the provisions of 11 U.S.C. section 330 and Rule 2016-1 of the Massachusetts Local Bankruptcy Rules.

A chapter 11 professional is a professional person who was employed by the Debtor or the Debtor’s estate pursuant to 11 U.S.C. section 327 and performed duties for the Debtor or the Debtor’s estate between March 30, 2004, and August 24, 2004. This bar date order is intended to cover all such fees to the extent unpaid, for any professional expenses incurred or services performed for the Debtor or the Debtor’s estate between March 30, 2004, and August 24, 2004.

Any professional fee application for fees incurred prior to August 24, 2004, that is not filed on or before April 30, 2007, will be forever waived and discharged as against this chapter 7 estate and Donald R. Lassman, the duly-appointed chapter 7 trustee (the “Trustee”) of the Debtor, without further order of this Court.

An unpaid chapter 11 administrative expense is an administrative expense, as defined in 11 U.S.C. section 503, incurred by or on behalf of the Debtor or the Debtor’s estate between March 30, 2004, and August 24, 2004. This bar date order is intended to cover all such expenses to the extent unpaid, including, but not limited to, any expenses incurred by the Debtor or the Debtor’s estate between March 30, 2004, and August 24, 2004. Any administrative expenses incurred prior to August 24, 2004, for which a request for payment is not filed on or before April 30, 2007, will be forever waived and discharged as against this chapter 7 estate and the Trustee without further order of this Court.
