This matter came on before the Court upon Debtor’s motion objecting to Claim 433 filed by Hutchinson Telephone Company and upon Hutchinson Telephone Company’s motion for payment of an administrative expense.

Based upon all the files, records and proceedings herein, including that certain Stipulation between the parties dated January 6, 2003, the Court hereby orders:

1. The Stipulation between Stockwalk Group, Inc. and Hutchinson Telephone Company dated January 6, 2003, is approved.

2. Claim 433 filed by Hutchinson Telephone Company as an unsecured, non-priority claim in the amount of $7,740.05 is allowed.

3. Hutchinson Telephone Company is allowed an administrative expense claim in the amount of $3,754.39.
