Based upon the pleadings, records and files herein, the Court makes this Order pursuant to the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED
The Settlement Agreement dated and filed with the Court on or about October 25, 2002 between Timothy D. Moratzka, Trustee for the Bankruptcy Estate of Sun Country Airlines, Inc. and Morgan, Lewis Bockius LLP is approved and the parties are directed to comply with the terms of the Settlement Agreement and Release.
