ORDER
DAVID ADAMS, Bankruptcy Judge

THIS MATTER CAME before the Court upon the Application for Approval of the attorneys fees and costs incurred by the estate on behalf of the Chapter 7 Trustee, and it appearing to the Court and the Court finds as follows:

1. R. Clinton Stackhouse, Jr., attorney for the Trustee, applied for approval of attorney’s fees in this case in the amount of $26,543.00 and expenses of $6,281.29.

2. Notice went out to all creditors and parties in interest, notifying them of the application amounts and allowing an opportunity to object or request a hearing upon the proposed fees and expenses.

3. A hearing was held on October 26, 2004 and no objections were expressed or any such objections were overruled.

4. The fees and costs being charged to the estate are reasonable and should be approved.

It is therefore ADJUDGED, ORDERED and DECREED that Stackhouse, Smith and Nexsen is awarded attorney’s fees in this case in the amount of $26,543.00 and

expenses in the amount of $6,281.29, which amounts may be paid from estate funds or deposit; and

It is FURTHER ORDERED that copies of this Order when entered be sent to R. Clinton Stackhouse, Jr., Esq., P.O. Box 3640, Norfolk, VA 23514-3640; and to the Office of the U.S. Trustee, 200 Granby Street, Room 625, Norfolk, VA 23510.
