CONSENT ORDER

THIS MATTER came before the Court upon the Objection to Claim filed by R. Clinton Stackhouse, Jr., Chapter 7 Trustee, and it appearing to the Court as follows:

1. The Trustee filed an objection to Claim Number 611 filed by National City Commercial Capital Corporation f/k/a Information Leasing Corporation for $6,594.21, due to a perceived ambiguity about whether secured status was being asserted.
2. Upon exchange of information with the Claimant, the Trustee accepts that general unsecured status is being asserted and is appropriate.

It is therefore ADJUDGED, ORDERED and DECREED that Claim Number 611 be and hereby is allowed as a general unsecured claim in the amount of $6,594.21; and

It is FURTHER ORDERED that a copy of this order when entered shall be sent to R. Clinton Stackhouse, Jr., P.O. Box 3640, Norfolk, VA 23514-3640; Office of the U.S.
