ORDER GRANTING RELIEF FROM STAY OF 11 U.S.C. § 362

The above-entitled matter came before the Court on the motion of General Motors Acceptance Corporation, (hereinafter “GMAC”) seeking relief from the automatic stay of 11 U.S.C. § 362. The parties being represented by counsel are in agreement as to the disposition of this matter.
THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED, that the automatic stay of 11 U.S.C. § 362 is immediately terminated as GMAC, and GMAC is authorized to take possession and dispose of the subject 2000 Cadillac Deville, VIN: 1G6KD54Y8U277478, in accordance with Alabama law. Notwithstanding Fed.R.Bankr.P. 4001 (a)(3), this order is effective immediately.
