ORDER GRANTING MOTION OF ASSOCIATION OF FLIGHT ATTENDANTS-CWA, AFL-CIO, FOR LEAVE TO FILE A BRIEF IN EXCESS OF FIFTEEN PAGES

Upon the Motion of the Association of Flight Attendants-CWA, AFL-CIO, for Leave to File a Brief in Excess of Fifteen Pages, dated April 15, 2005, as Objection of the Association of Flight Attendants-CWA, AFL-CIO, to the Debtors’ Motion to Extend Exclusive Periods to File and Solicit Votes on Chapter 11 Plan; and it appearing that the relief requested is essential for a thorough and complete presentation of the issues to this Court; and it appearing that cause exists to grant Association of Flight Attendants (“AFA”) leave to file a brief in excess of fifteen pages due to the importance of the issues for decision; it is hereby ORDERED THAT:
1. The Motion is GRANTED.
2. AFA is hereby granted leave to file a brief in excess of fifteen pages as Objection of the Association of Flight Attendants-CWA, AFL-CIO, to the Debtors’ Motion to Extend Exclusive Periods to File and Solicit Votes on Chapter 11 Plan.
3. This Court retains jurisdiction with respect to all matters arising from or related to the implementation of this Order.
