Upon consideration of the Emergency Motion for Leave to File Brief in Excess of Fifteen Pages filed by the Indianapolis Airport Authority (the “IAA”) and The Bank of New York Trust Company, N.A. (the “Trustee”), in which the IAA and the Trustee seek leave under Rule 5005-3 of the Local Rules for the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Illinois to file a brief in Opposition to United’s Motion for Summary Judgment [Docket No. 10723] that exceeds fifteen pages; and it appearing that this Court has jurisdiction over this matter pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1334; and it appearing that venue properly lies in this district pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §§ 1408 and 1409; and it appearing that no other notice need be given; and after due deliberation and sufficient cause appearing therefore, it is hereby

ORDERED, that the IAA and the Trustee’s Emergency Motion for Leave to File Brief in Excess of Fifteen Pages is hereby granted.
