ORDER GRANTING `TRUSTEES’ EMERGENCY MOTION FOR ENTRY OF AN ORDER GRANTING LEAVE TO FILE BRIEF IN EXCESS OF FIFTEEN PAGES REGARDING TRUSTEES’ OBJECTION TO DEBTORS’ EMERGENCY MOTION TO APPROVE AGREEMENT WITH PBGC

Upon the Trustees’ motion (the “Motion”)[1] for entry of an order granting them leave to file their Opposition in excess of fifteen pages it is hereby ORDERED THAT:

1. The Motion is granted.

2. The Trustees are granted leave to file their Objection in excess of fifteen pages.

3. Notwithstanding the possible applicability of any other Bankruptcy Rules, or otherwise, this Order shall take effect immediately upon entry.

4. This Court retains jurisdiction with respect to all matters arising from or relating to the implementation of this Order.
