ORDER PURSUANT TO 11 U.S.C. § 365(a) AUTHORIZING REJECTION OF CERTAIN UNEXPIRED REAL PROPERTY LEASES AND ESTABLISHING PROCEDURES RELATING THERETO

Upon the motion (the “Motion”)[1] dated January 31, 2003 of US Airways Group, Inc. (“Group”) and seven of its subsidiaries and affiliates, debtors and debtors-in-possession in the above-captioned cases (collectively, the “Debtors”), for an order pursuant to section 365(a) of the Bankruptcy Code (a) authorizing the Debtors to reject the unexpired nonresidential real property leases and subleases set forth on Exhibit 1 to this Order (such leases and subleases, as amended and/or modified, collectively, the “Real Property Leases”), and (b) ordering that the holder of any claim arising from the rejection of any Real Property Lease under this Order shall be required to file a proof of claim on account of such claim against the Debtors on or before thirty (30) days after the effective date of such rejection; and this Court having determined that granting the approval requested in the Motion is in the best interest of the Debtors, their estates, and creditors; and it appearing that proper and adequate notice has been given and that no other or further notice is necessary; and upon the record herein; and after due deliberation thereon; and good and sufficient cause appearing therefor,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED THAT:

1. The Motion is GRANTED.

2. The Real Property Leases are hereby rejected.

3. The rejection of the Real Property Leases shall be effective at midnight on February 20, 2003.

4. The holder of any claim arising from the rejection of any Real Property Lease under this Order is required to file a proof of claim on account of such claim on or before thirty (30) days after the effective date of such rejection.
