Upon consideration of the motion by the debtors in possession for an expedited hearing on their motion to modify the confirmed plan to remedy a technical defect, it is

ORDERED:

The motion for expedited hearing is granted, and a hearing on the motion for modification to plan to remedy a technical defect shall be held on March 28, 2003, at 2:00 pm in Courtroom I, Martin V.B. Bostetter, Jr., United States Courthouse, 200 South Washington Street, Alexandria, Virginia. Notice of the motion and hearing shall be given not later than March 25, 2003, and objections may be filed and served through 10:00 a.m. on March 28, 2003.
