Upon the agreement, as signified by the signatures of parties below, of the debtors and debtors-in-possession in the above-captioned cases (the “Debtors”),[1] and Elwood F. Menear and Marjorie A. Menear (collectively, the “Movants”),
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT the final hearing on the Motion of Elwood F. Menear and Marjorie A. Menear for Relief from the Automatic Stay (Docket No. 1369) (the “Motion”) that is currently scheduled for a final hearing on March 20, 2003, is hereby rescheduled for April 24, 2003 at 9:30 a.m. (EST). The automatic stay provisions of section 362(a) of the Bankruptcy Code shall remain in effect until the conclusion of the final hearing on the Motion.
