Upon consideration of the motion of the Association of Flight Attendants-CWA, AFL-CIO (joined in by the Communications Workers of America, AFL-CIO) to alter or amend the order of October 15, 2004, granting interim relief from the collective bargaining agreement between those unions and the debtor, and for the reasons stated on the record at a hearing held on November 18, 2004, it is

ORDERED:
