Upon the Second Interim Application of the Members of the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors of US Airways, Inc.et al. for reimbursement of expenses incurred for the period January 1, 2005 through and including April 30, 2005 (the “Second Interim Application”), and it appearing that proper and adequate notice of the Second Interim Application has been given and that no other or further notice is necessary; it is hereby:

ORDERED, that the Second Interim Application is approved; and it is further

ORDERED, that the Members of the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors are allowed reimbursement of expenses incurred in the aggregate amount of $12,278.12; and it is further

ORDERED, that US Airways, Inc., et al. is hereby authorized and directed to pay the total allowed expenses to the extent not previously paid pursuant to the Fee Procedures Order; and it is further

ORDERED, that the amounts awarded pursuant to the Second Interim Application are subject to final review by this Court.
