THIS MATTER having come before the Court upon Trustee Diana K. Carey’s Motion for Ex Parte Order Directing Examination Pursuant to Bankruptcy Rule 2004 (“Motion”), pursuant to Fed. Rules Bankr. P. 2004, 7030, and 9016 and Fed. Rules Civ. P. 30(b)(6) and 45, and it appearing that good cause has been shown, now therefore, it is hereby
ORDERED that the Trustee’s Motion for authority to conduct a Fed. Bankr. Rule P. 2004 examination is GRANTED, and the Trustee may command Global Payments Direct, Inc. to designate one or more officers, directors, or managing agents or other persons competent to testify on its behalf, pursuant to Fed.R.Bankr.P. 7030 (incorporating Fed.R.Civ.P. 30(b)(6)), concerning the authentication of the documents listed in Exhibit A to the Motion.

And it is further ORDERED that the production of documents listed in Exhibit A of the Motion may be compelled by Fed. Rules Bankr. P. 2004 and 9016 at the location and time set forth in the Motion.
