STIPULATION AND ORDER CONTINUING HEARING ON, AND EXTENDING THE TIME FOR WASHINGTON GROUP INTERNATIONAL, INC. TO RESPOND TO, MOTION OF TRANSPORT INTERNATIONAL POOL, INC. FOR ALLOWANCE AND PAYMENT OF ADMINISTRATIVE EXPENSE CLAIMS

RECITALS
WHEREAS, on or about December 18, 2001, GE Capital Modular Space and Transport International Pool, Inc. (the “Movants”) filed a Motion for Allowance And Payment of Administrative Expense Claims (the “Motion”) in the above-captioned cases;

WHEREAS, on March 8, 2002, Movants agreed to continue the March 19, 2002 hearing on the Motion and, correspondingly, to extend the time for Washington Group International, Inc. (“WGI”) to respond to the Motion.

NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing, WGI and the Movants, through their undersigned counsel, hereby agree and stipulate, subject to the Court’s approval, as follows:

1. The hearing date on the Motion shall be continued until April 9, 2002; and

2. WGI’s time to respond to Movant’s Motion shall be extended to April 2, 2002, at 4:30 p.m. Pacific Daylight Time.

IT IS SO ORDERED this 20th day of March, 2002.
