Upon the Emergency Petition for Adequate Protection/Advance of Claim #(1223) (the “Emergency Motion”) filed by S R Electric, Inc. d/b/a SABAN ELECTRIC (“Saban”); and upon the Reorganized Debtors’ and Aux Sable’s Responses (the “Responses”) to the Emergency Motion; and the Court having considered the Emergency Motion and Responses; and after due deliberation thereon; and good cause appearing therefor; it is hereby

ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED THAT:

1. The Emergency Motion is DENIED, with prejudice.
