On June 12, 2003, this Court heard the Plan Committee’s Objection to the claims of Sika Corporation, (Claim No. 4461) and Alstom Power, Inc., (Claim No. 5223) (“Objection”) filed on March 26, 2003.
In the Committee’s Objection, the Committee sought an order disallowing the Claims of Sika Corporation and Alstom Power, Inc. No response was filed by either Claimant.
After reviewing all the pleadings related to the Objection, good cause appearing therefor, and pursuant to LR 3007(c),

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that:
1. The Objection by the Plan Committee to the Claims of Sika Corporation and Alstom Power, Inc. is sustained and Claim Nos. 4461 and 5223 are disallowed in their entirety.
