STIPULATED ORDER TO CONTINUE THE HEARING ON PLAN COMMITTEE’S OBJECTION TO CLAIM OF AHMEDABAD ELECTRICITY COMPANY (CLAIM NO. 1961)

The Plan Committee (the “Committee”) in these Chapter 11 Bankruptcy cases of Washington Group International, et al. (the “Debtors”), and Ahmedabad Electricity Company (“Ahmedabad”), by and through their undersigned counsel, hereby stipulate as follows:
On August 16, 2001, Ahmedabad filed a proof of claim in the amount of $299,009.00 (the “Abmedabad Claim”).
On March 31, 2003, the Committee filed its Objection to Certain Claims Related to the Jindal Project (the “Jindal Objection”). The Abmedabad Claim was included in the Jindal Objection. On May 16, 2003, Ahmedabad filed its response to the Jindal Objection.
Counsel for Abmedabad and the Committee are currently in discussions in an attempt to amicably resolve the objection to the Ahmedabad Claim and have agreed to continue the hearing date from June 12, 2003 at 9:30 a.m. to July 17, 2003 at 9:30 a.m.
NOW, THEREFORE, Abmedabad and the Committee agree and stipulate as follows:
1. The hearing date on the Jindal Objection only as to the Abmedabad Claim is continued from June 12, 2003 at 9:30 a.m. to July 17, 2003 at 9:30 a.m.
2. The deadline for the Committee to file its reply shall be July 15, 2003.
STIPULATED and AGREED.
