ORDER ON OBJECTIONS CONTINUED FROM PLAN COMMITTEE’S FOURTH SET OF OMNIBUS OBJECTIONS
GREGG W. ZIVE, United States Bankruptcy Judge

The Committee filed its Fourth Set of Omnibus Objections to Claims on October 4, 2002 (the “Objection”). In the Objection, the Committee sought the disallowance, estimation, reduction, or reclassification of certain Claims. Various matters of the Objection were continued to be heard on February 21, 2003. All but two of the continued matters were addressed by separate pleadings submitted to the Court prior to or at the hearing. Having considered the two remaining objections, the responses of Claimants filed with the Court, and having considered additional information presented at the hearing, the Court finds as follows:

(1) With respect to the Claim of Levy Craig (Claim No. 355), the Committee withdraws its objection and accordingly, Levy Craig shall have an Allowed Class 7 Claim in the amount of $19,800.91.

(2) With respect to the Claim of Howard Plumbing (Claim No. 1001), this matter has been scheduled for a Status Conference on March 13, 2003, at 10:00 o’clock a.m. Parties will try and resolve this matter without filing a separate adversary proceeding.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
