AMENDED ORDER APPROVING APPOINTMENT OF CREDITORS’ COMMITTEE

This matter came before the Court on the Emergency Motion of Massachusetts Asset Financing Corp. (“Movant”), a creditor of the Debtor and chair of the Pre-Petition Creditors’ Committee, for an Amended Order of the Court approving the appointment of the Pre-Petition Creditors’ Committee as the official unsecured creditors’ committee in the Bankruptcy case of the West Jefferson Amusement and Public Park Authority (the “Debtor”) pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 1102 (b)(1). Upon representation of counsel, the Court hereby FINDS AND CONCLUDES that:
1. Within the original Order, Bhate Engineering was incorrectly named as a member of the Pre-Petition Creditors’ Committee.
2. Bhate Environmental Associates, Inc. is the correct entity and replaced Bhate Engineering.
3. There are no objections to the correction by any of the members of the Pre-Petition Creditors’ Committee.
It is hereby ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that the following creditors of the Debtor’s Bankruptcy Estate, representing the Pre-Petition Creditors Committee who are willing to serve as the Official Unsecured Creditors’ Committee is approved:
