SUPPLEMENTAL ORDER CLARIFYING JUDGMENT ON COMPLAINT TO ENFORCE THE TRUTH-IN-LENDING ACT

On February 9, 2007, this Court entered its Judgment on Complaint to Enforce the Truth-in-Lending Act (Doc. # 93). The Court stated the Judgment would be supplemented by a final

award of attorney’s fees. Having reviewed Debtor’s counsel’s fee application, receiving no objection from either defendant, and determining the fee application is reasonable in light of the services performed, this Court orders defendant Centex Home Equity Company, L.L.C., n/k/a Nationstar Mortgage, L.L.C., to pay Debtor’s attorney’s fees in the amount of $10,465.00 directly to Mr. Kenneth Gay. This amount shall not be credited against the Equitable Loan.[1] The final and binding payoff figure with regard to Centex’s mortgage and underlying note is $18,000.00.
