award of attorney’s fees. Having reviewed Debtor’s counsel’s fee application, receiving no objection from either defendant, and determining the fee application is reasonable in light of the services performed, this Court orders defendant Centex Home Equity Company, L.L.C., n/k/a Nationstar Mortgage, L.L.C., to pay Debtor’s attorney’s fees in the amount of $10,465.00 directly to Mr. Kenneth Gay. This amount shall not be credited against the Equitable Loan.[1] The final and binding payoff figure with regard to Centex’s mortgage and underlying note is $18,000.00.

IT IS SO ORDERED.

The relief described hereinbelow is SO ORDERED.

[1] This clarifies the Court’s February 9, 2007, Judgment which appeared to provide two different payment methods. In all other respects, the Judgment is restated and together with this supplemental order, constitutes the final holding of the Court.
