STIPULATION AND CONSENT ORDER EXTENDING DEADLINE TO OBJECT TO TRUSTEE’S FINAL REPORT AND PROPOSED DISTRIBUTION

Deer Automotive Group, LLC and Zvi Guttman, Chapter 7 Trustee, by their respective undersigned counsel, stipulate and agree as follows:

WHEREAS, on or about February 8, 2007, the Trustee filed a Final Report and Proposed Distribution to Creditors (the “Final Report”);

WHEREAS, the deadline to respond to the Final Report is March 7, 2007;

WHEREAS, the Trustee has granted Deer Automotive Group, LLC an additional 7 days to object to the Final Report;

NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises and the agreements of the parties hereto, it is, by the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Maryland, hereby

ORDERED, that Deer Automotive Group, LLC shall have through and including March 14, 2007 to file an objection to the Final Report.
