Upon review of the Ex Parte Motion of Movant and Secured Creditor, USE CREDIT UNION (“USECU”) for an Order Shortening Time for the Hearing on its Motion for Relief from the Automatic Stay pursuant to Bankruptcy Local Rule 9006-1(c) and with good cause appearing therefor,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDICATED AND DECREED:
1. That USECU’s Ex Parte Motion for an Order Shortening Time is granted.
2. That a hearing shall be held on USECU’s Motion for Relief from the Automatic Stay on December 14, 2005, at 10:30 a.m., in Courtroom 220 of the above-entitled Court located at 1300 Clay Street, Oakland, CA;
3. That service of USECU’s Motion and all supporting pleadings on the Debtor, any counsel of record, the United States Trustee, and any other interested party pursuant to Bankruptcy Rule 4001 no later than November 29, 2005, by overnight mail, shall constitute sufficient notice of the proceeding described herein; and,
4. That any party opposing USECU’s Motion must file and serve it opposition on counsel for USECU and all other interested parties, no later than December 12, 2005.
