Upon consideration of the Notice by Williams Communications, LLC (“Williams”) of Presentment of Order Allowing the Filing of Certain Documents Under Seal (the “Notice”), and no responses and/or objections having been filed thereto; and due and proper notice of the relief sought in the Notice having been provided to all parties-in-interest entitled to notice, and no other or further notice need be required; it is this 29th day of January, 2003 by the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York

ORDERED that this Amended Order amends the Order dated January 7, 2003 Allowing the Filing of Certain Documents Under Seal; and it is further

ORDERED that pursuant to section 107(b) of the Bankruptcy Code and Rule 9018 of the Bankruptcy Rules, exhibits A through L (collectively, the “Exhibits”) attached to this Amended Order and referenced in the Notice shall be sealed and all parties that receive copies of the Exhibits in connection with these proceedings shall not disclose and shall keep confidential the contents of the Exhibits, except as necessary in connection with these proceedings; and it is further
