FOURTH ORDER GRANTING THE DEBTORS’ TWENTY-SECOND OMNIBUS OBJECTION TO PROOFS OF CLAIM (EMPLOYMENT RELATED CLAIMS)

Upon further consideration of the Debtors’ Twenty-Second Omnibus Objection to Proofs of Claim (Employment Related Claims), dated August 4, 2004 (as amended and modified, the “Objection”),[1] filed by MCI, Inc. and certain of its direct and indirect subsidiaries (collectively, the “Debtors”) seeking disallowance and expungement, or reclassification and subordination of certain proofs of claim (collectively, the “Claims”);[2] and it appearing that the Debtors notified the holder of the proof of claim identified on Exhibit A
attached hereto that, pursuant to the Subordination Order, the Debtors are authorized to notify claimants asserting claims arising from the purchase or sale of securities of the Debtors that such claims are reclassified as Class 7 WorldCom Subordinated Claims under the Plan, without further order of the Court; and it appearing that, as reflected in the proof of claim identified on Exhibit A, and the responses filed by such claimant to the Objection and the Notice of Presentment of Third Order Granting the Debtors’ Twenty-Second Omnibus Objection to Proofs of Claim (Employment Related Claims), all or a portion of such proof of claim arises from the purchase or sale of

securities of the Debtors; and it appearing that the Debtors have further notified the holder of the proof of claim identified onExhibit A, by letter dated November 19, 2004, a true and correct copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit B, that the proof of claim identified on Exhibit A asserting damages arising from the purchase or sale of the Debtors’ securities has been reclassified and subordinated as Class 7 WorldCom Subordinated Claims; and it appearing that the reclassification and subordination of the Claim identified on Exhibit A attached hereto is in the best interests of the Debtors, their estates and their creditors; and good and sufficient notice having been given in accordance with the Claim Objection Procedures Order; and it appearing that no other or further notice need be provided; and after due consideration and sufficient cause appearing therefor, it is

ORDERED that the proof of claim identified on Exhibit A
attached hereto shall be treated as Class 7 WorldCom Subordinated Claims for all purposes under the Debtors’ Plan of Reorganization.
