ORDER APPROVING THE SETTLEMENT OF CLAIM NO. 9289 9290 FILED BY JOEL KRAUS (22nd OMNIBUS CLAIM OBJECTION)

It appearing that the Debtors have reached an agreement resolving their claim objections with respect to claim number 9289 and 9290 (filed by Joel Kraus) as set forth hereafter, it is hereby
ORDERED that based on the written agreement of the parties dated October 19, 2005, claim number 9289 and 9290 (filed by Joel Kraus) shall be treated as set forth in such agreement; claim number 9290 shall be expunged and disallowed as duplicative of claim number 9289; claim number 9289 shall be allowed as a general unsecured claim in the amount of $115,000, to be paid as a Class 6 general unsecured claim, which shall be made in accordance with, in the amounts set forth under, and at the times provided for in, the Plan.
