THIS MATTER coming before the Court in connection with the Joint Stipulation To Allow Proof Of Claim No. 16478, and the Court being fully advised in the premises, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED:

(1) The stipulations set forth in the Joint Stipulation To Allow Proof Of Claim No. 16478 are hereby approved;

(2) Proof of Claim No. 16478 is allowed as a Class 6 claim pursuant to section 4.07 of the Plan in the general unsecured amount of $625,000; and

(3) Debtors’ Objection To Proof Of Claim No. 16478 is denied as moot.
