SECOND SUPPLEMENTAL ORDER GRANTING THE DEBTORS’ FIRST OMNIBUS OBJECTION TO PROOFS OF CLAIM (DUPLICATE AND AMENDED AND SUPERSEDED CLAIMS)

Upon further consideration of the Debtors’ First Omnibus Objection to Proofs of Claim (Duplicate and Amended and Superseded Claims) dated March 28, 2003 (the “First Omnibus
Objection”), filed by WorldCom, Inc. and certain of its direct and indirect subsidiaries, as debtors and debtors in possession (collectively, the “Debtors” or the “Reorganized Debtors”), seeking, inter alia, the expungement and disallowance of duplicate and amended and superseded proofs of claim identified on Exhibit A attached hereto, (collectively, the “Claims”), pursuant to section 502 of title 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code, and the responses filed thereto; and it appearing that (a) pursuant to the Court’s Fifth Order Granting, in Part, the Debtors’ Forty-Sixth Omnibus Objection to Proofs of Claim (Utility and Utility-Related Claims), dated July 26, 2005 (Docket No. 16585) and an agreement between the Debtors and Claimant Long Island Lighting Co. dba LIPA, executed on or about July 15, 2005, (i) the following claims have been allowed as general unsecured claims in Class 4 of the Plan in the amounts stated: claim number 9092 in the amount of $6,106.14, claim number 9093 for $1,065.27, claim number 9094 for $1,507.79, and claim number 9098 for $530.21; and (ii) claim number 9097 shall be allowed in the amount of $66,043.93 as a general unsecured claim in Class 6 of the Plan, and (b) pursuant to the Court’s Final Order Sustaining in Part the Debtors’ Fifty-Seventh Omnibus Objection to

Proofs of Claim (Preference Claims), dated August 9, 2005 (Docket No. 16744) and the Settlement Agreement and the Order Approving Compromise entered by the Hon. Thomas E. Carlson in In reNorthPoint Communications Group Inc. et al., (x) claim number 12285 will be allowed as an Unsecured Class 6 claim in the amount of $2,200,000 and shall be paid in accordance with the terms set forth in the Confirmed Plan, and (y) the remaining claims filed by E. Lynn Schoenmann, trustee of the chapter 7 bankruptcy estate if NorthPoint Communications, Inc., will be expunged and will receive no distributions under the Confirmed Plan; and it appearing that the expungement and disallowance of the Claims is in the best interests of the Reorganized Debtors, their estates and their creditors; and good and sufficient notice having been given in accordance with the Claim Objection Procedures Order;[1] and after due consideration and sufficient cause appearing therefore, it is

ORDERED that the duplicate and amended and superseded Claims identified on Exhibit A as “Claim To Be Expunged” are hereby expunged and such Claims are hereby disallowed in their entirety; and it is further

ORDERED that this Order does not affect the claims identified on Exhibit A as the “Remaining Claim;” and it is further

ORDERED that, to the extent that any amended and superseded proof of claim identified on Exhibit A contains attachments that were not included with the subsequently filed proof of claim, any such attachments are hereby deemed to be attached to the remaining proof of claim.
